Plastic ring around ignition

Hi is there a bulb the ring that goes around the ignition.
Mine does not glow.
Any clue what size bulb it uses?

I do think its a #74 bulb sir. Or you cpuld just pull out the base and put an led in the base of it.

i just said forget it and soldiered a led in there.
