The rings are already set on the black OEM cluster bezel with the clear plastic cover. Sold together.

These rings are different than the others I posted a while back they are better quality. The rings can be removed and used on a 5th gen.

Sorry for the late response pM sent back. The price that I have listed is somewhat firm being that it already comes installed and just ready to pop on take the black piece off of your cluster but this black piece right on it slides right in with the tabs and you're all done. Little easier than doing the Rings yourself less work.
