air flow resonaters on flex tube air intake

where are air intake resonaters, what do they do, can they be bypassed? Stillen high flow air intake has no port to connect from air box to throttle.

They all branch off the air intake.
Reduce intake noise

They have to have at least one, probably a single 1/2" nipple somewhere, because it goes to the Pcv valve.
