DWD2 or lysol?

Hi,

My car sat idle in a garage from April to Dec (windows closed), I'm talking it out and I had this peach fuzz all over my dash and window sil...like a growing mold??? Yes the car stank like pee...gosh I didn't know where to start,,,first I wiped out the visible part, then vacummed as much as I could..I turned on the heaters and it smelled for a bit then stopped, but the car just stinks.

I did some searches on here, and so posts (links) are no longer working.

Has anyone tried the lysol solution into the vents with success? DWD2's site is not available and their product is hard to find.

How can I fumigate the whole car?

Anyone with more recent findings?

Thank you!

Roll down the windows drive with the vents on down a long road. Wear a gas mask as well?

Have you seen upholstery, rug and wire damage? Do you own a house cat? Cats hunt mice.

Thanks!
I'm looking at those products right now.

I also researched that vingegar and water also cleans, with lysol spray after.

No I don't have any cats, but the mold/mildew is on the carpets for sure...need to clean and scrub that off.

One of the products says to spray it into the blower fan....for a maxima I know the motor is under the glovebox, but there is no suction there..any ideas where the blower fan is??
I also looked at the FSM at it just speaks about the blower motor.

Thanks

BG Products Frigi-Fresh for your A/C coil-Heater Core. Its a DIY product. You can use the Schrader valve that comes with it or not. Otherwise spray the Lysol into your intake vent in the cowl between the hood and windshield. But you might want to just seek out an auto detailer and pay the man as it sounds like you have quite a project there.
