Most likely the door lock actuator, or could just be the linkage is no good, but how can you take the door apart if the door is stuck locked/shut? How do you unlatch it?
When I turn the key on the passenger door, it works like normal, one turn unlocks just that door, a second turn unlocks them all.
When I turn the key on the driver's door, if I turn it slightly, up to half way, just the driver's door unlocks. If I turn it all the way, all the doors unlock but then immediately lock again.
Using the driver's door switch (inside), the locks will unlock and then lock immediately, but sometimes they will stay unlocked if you lock and unlock 2-3x in a row.
Locking and unlocking manually works, as in the lock doesn't get stuck. It fully locks and unlocks.

The door still will not open, but I was finally able to get the panel off. I just needed a deep well 8mm socket for that last bolt blocked by the seat.
But now that I finally got the door panel off and everything, how do you actually access the actuator and get it off? I know where it is on the door, and I can feel it, and get to the electrical connector, and I was able to take the first bolt off.
But it seems there are still two more screws to get off, and I have to take the rods off somehow.
For reference, here are some pics of the actuator.
I was able to take off the bolt that connects to the metal square thing on the actuator. I think the other two holes are held on by screws, not bolts, but I can probably use a 1/4-in socket and a screwdriver bit to undo them.
