Hey guys new on forum. I have a question yesterday I noticed this on my Maxima every time Ima hit a stop the car Revs up to the 1 1/2 on the RPM's and than drops to 1 and before the car completely stops and those the same thing is this normal on the Maxima to do or am I just over thinking this??any input guys thank you.

 

Is your car an automatic? If so, mine also does this, it's just downshifting.

 

Yes it is automatic 3.5 gle.so this is normal?
