Car Seat
I been reading on this forum for sometime now, and I have enjoy many of the treads and I want to start by saying thank you.
This is my first post and I apologies if this has been discuss, if so please link me.
So my 2002 Maxima GLE the seated heat no longers powers on, at first the light on the switch went out but it would still work, then eventually no heat.
What would be a good place to start checking.

What you did not say was if both seats do not work or if only one of the seats does not work. If both seats do not work, it could be the fuse is blown. Both seats use the same fuse, fuse # 9 which is 10 amp. It is in the top row of fuses, the the label on the cover says SEAT HEATER.
If it is only one seat, it could be a bad switch. Swap the switch with the other seat switch.
The seat heater consists of 2 electric heating pads, one in the seat cushion and one in the seat back. It is a good possibility that one of the heating pads has burned out.
If both the high heat and low heat settings don't work, it is the heating pad in the seat cushion.
