Doest look lowered. Does he have air ride or hydrolic suspension? Looks like a low profile tire though.

He's got actual hydraulics aka "switches" - rare these days as most people just use air suspension now. Pretty amazing to see that in the UK. Not my cup of tea at all on a FWD import though. But I used to love me some lowriders with switches. My brother and I had a 78 Cutlass on switches when we were teenagers. It got stolen, stripped, torched and left in the middle of a city park and after that we promptly left the lowrider scene and became ricers
