Years ago I replaced my factory springs on my 02 with Eibach Pros but I had left the shocks/struts for originals. Last year I replaced my rear shocks but I had a little trouble with the top hat when I went to replace the shocks with adjustable illuminas. The top hat was a little loose and I replaced the spring sleeves with tubing that had more thickness so that things would fit properly. I'm about to replace the front struts and I was wondering if I was going to experience the same problem. Anyone have any trouble with lowered springs on Illuminas and the fitting of the top hat?
