My front struts which are Koni yellows, are blown and bottoming out. I would like to replace them with something less exotic but slightly better than stock. I have progressive lowering springs. I don't really see much that is available out there for our generation. I do not want to use coilovers. Any suggestions?

 

i'm runing kyb with tien springs. my driver side is going bad due to snow, and roads, but its an ok set for the driving i do

 

Are those the GR2 KYBs?

 

Are there really no other struts other than KYB OEM type struts?

 

I've been contemplating these struts for a while for my 2007 Maxima:


I've read Nissan installs them on the newer Altimas.

Any opinion on them?

 

Struts are installed but brakes went out. Ill give a review when all is back together.
