Yes I make can adapters.

Luke, 4th gen and 5th gen tb are the same size. But I do agree its pointless to run a 4th gen tb on an 00vi - especially with an abundance of these cars in junkyards now.

Will running a 4th gen throttle body take away power? Im running a 4th gen ecu and i want to keep the ecu happy. 00vi with 4th gen throttle will be paired with S/C. Ive sourced an adapter any how.

The 4th gen ECU will stay happy with a 5th gen, pathfinder, q45, and mustang tb.

Its unnecessary work and money when you can install the dek tb easier for less money and a cleaner look than buying adapter plates for a 4th gen tb and iacv.

Ok, i see what your saying. Ive been researching alot on the swap, from what ive read alot of people have cold start issues, idle issues when using the 5th gen throttle. Im all about a "done right" job/installation. As far as money thats w.e. I went the adapter route because I want to use 4th gen electronics and why not if people make adapters. My goal is to do the swap and have it run like stock. I wanted to use 4th lim but i could not find find anyone to drill and tap. So i went with 5th gen lim and fuel rail. Next step is to figure out vaccum lines etc....
