Inner TC oil leak.

My Maxima has sprung a pretty significant oil leak, I've been searching the forum and I find that most people say it's some o rings that live behind the inner TC. However I'm haveing a hard time locating the seals and o rings I'll need for it off Nissans website. I'm also gonna replace any other ones that I can while I'm in there alone with the chain tensioner and guides and what have you. Heres a picture of where I can see the oil coming from, any thoughts are appreciated. It drips right on top of the oil pressure sensor, I had just replaced it and I had a helper start the car while I watched and it came from above somewhere so I've ruled it out. Also valve cover gaskets are new and I can get an eye on them and they aren't leaking at all.

The little arrow points the the channel where it comes down trough, just on the back side of the TC right there, not the front.

My bet is the rear valve cover. My '97 MAxima and '00 I30 have had the same several times. If you can get under the car with a flashlight, shine up on backside of power steering pump. You should see that there is oil coming down back side of head from somewhere above exhaust manifold. If you see that, it's your rear valve cover.
The fix isn't too hard, just a little time consuming. Remove upper intake manifold and associated stuff. Remove rear valve cover. Replace gasket and the spark plug tube seals while you're there (they come in the valve cover gasket set). You should be able to find detailed instructions on here, and possibly some Youtube videos. Haynes manual also has procedure.
Hope this helps.

I've replaced them already. I did take a look though and it's bone dry up top.
