Wiring Diagram needed

Hello,

I have a 94 maxima and need a wiring diagram for the fuse box in the car. The car just stopped working the other day and we found that is was the eng cont fuse. We replaced it and the car ran for 10 seconds. As soon as we pressed the gas pedal it blew the fuse. Now it blows a fuse as soon as you turn the ignition. We found that the short is in the white/red wire in the back of the fuse box that seems to have the short. I followed it back and found that it splits off. On of the red/white wires goes into the bulky wiring harness and was hard to follow. The other goes to the time control module. I unplugged the time control module and replaced the fuse and attempted to start it again and it still blew the fuse. I need to know where the other red/white wire goes when it disappears into the bulk of the wiring harness. Any help would be much appreciated.

Download the FSM from Nico Club, first result in google for "Maxima FSM link"
There will be electric diagrams in there.

I had the same problem a few years back and wound up being a dead short at the swirl valve. Below the egr valve there is one green and one brown solenoid valve. Mine wound up being the green one. Swapped it out and problem solved. Just a thought though your short maybe somewhere else and as previously stated you can download the fsm for the wiring diagram.
