idle screw is stripped....

so, i replaced my maf with a used one from cs_ar ( thanks craig ) and it runs great the first day and the next morning it goes back to sputtering and running like crap again. i noticed after the car warms up that the car goes back to running a lot better so i figure i'll just set the idle up a bit. well, i was talking to craig on the phone and started turning the screw and it won't adjust up or down, wtf? how the heck does that happen? so, i said screw it ( get it ) and bought a new one from advanced auto which just happened to be having a 3 day sale online and saved 35.00 on an intermotor iacv and picked it up. i also had a code for a iat issue, i think p0110 which i cleared. drove the car the last 2 days and car is running ok, idle seems better for some weird reason. any ideas would be good, replacing the iacv today, maybe. write-up would be nice, thanks

Adjusting the IACV and how to set it correctly is spelled out in the FSM. Do you have a copy? After all these years on the Org, I should hope so!
