Looking to Buy 92' Maxima, Stalls when Warm

Looking at a 1992 Automatic Maxima with a SOCH engine. It runs good until it's warm and then it stalls. Apparently it could be the distributor. Anyone here have any experience with a similar problem? What was the solution?

pull the codes from the ECU to start with, how does it stall, does it just die out when you step on the gas or just die when it gets warm?

Check the Power Transistor- it's also known as ICM Ignition control module (at Autozone) It's next to the distributor. Mine was causing a misfire and cutting out when it heated up, so I replaced the coil, wires, Power Trans and also removed the dist cap and cleaned off the cranks sensor disc.
