oh ok. Cause i recently replaced them. But i know thst the bottom one is connected thats why.

Looks like an ABS plug to the right front wheel sensor.

does it have any effect driving? Idk how long its ben unplugged lol. No check engine light either

It would not affect anything except the ABS will not work.
