I have bought a Nissan Maxima 2000 and one of the washer nozzle for headlight is missing. I'm looking for this part.

We don't have them on our cars at all. Are they really needed?
I have been driving for 25 years never had one on a car.Never needed fluid on my wipers.

I have had it -5F-18F below zero for over a month were i live and 88F-98F for over a month. What weather would need this? But my roads are all paved. Is it a muddy road thing?

 

Here in Norway we have stupid EU rules to follow. Every second year you need to have your car on EU vehicle inspection to document that everything is OK. If your car does not pass this inspection you are not allowed to drive it on roads. One of the rules is that if you have xenon lights you need to have headlight washers.

All roads are paved.
