There is what looks to be a UKDM, sorry couldn't help it, on craigslist in Miami. I'm sorry if this is has been discussed before, but I wanted to share. If I had a place to put it while I figured out what to do with it, I'd be all over it.

ehhh? what tells you UK? the Grille and Corner light? id say just aftermarket, it would be very odd other wise.

The headlight wipers and little round reflectors on the front panel. Looks like UKDM. Not to mention when you check the link the first thing you see is that its right hand drive. Very neat. I wonder how it ended up in the U.S. Maybe someone moved and took the car with them or a fellow enthusiast imported it perhaps.

Lack of Rear fogs on the bumper

 

Definitely not New Zealand. Headlight wipers or that body colour were not even an option here. The New Zealand colours were unique to us as Nissan NZ assembled the Maxima here. Also doesnt look to have rear bumper fog lights or lenses like the New Zealand, Australian and European model all seem to have had, but the bumper could have been replaced with a USDM or JDM bumper at some point in its life.

 

Also RWD. Never heard of a RWD 3rd gen. Was there RWD in European 3rd gens?
