Water leak on passenger side after rain

Water leak on passenger side after rain
Water is dripping from under the glove box onto the passenger floor. This only happens when it’s raining, and I tested it with my water hose. Sprayed water down the passenger door and the crack/hole is likely around the gap between my door and the area above the tire. Any ideas on how I can seal it up?
