99 maxima no power windows anf no power locks work.

99 maxima no power windows anf no power locks work.
None of windows or electric locks will work. Dome lights wont work with doors no rear defogger. White wire with blue stripe to master window switch is hot even with key switch off. Thanks for any help.

Fuses are the first things to check.

I checked all fuses inside car and under hood. Im getting power to the white wire with red stripe on all 4 doors. I baught a ebay master window switch they still dont work
