Hey guys so in the process of trying to figure out why my starter would not kick on and turning the ignition switch on and off multiple times I noticed a spark like a short come from my fuse box under the dash. The gauge cluster went dark as if a fuse or relay was blown. My clock and radio are still working and I have checked all the fuses inside the car along with the top relay and they check out good. Do you think that the cluster is bad or is there another fuse or relay under the hood that could be causing this issue? Thanks in advance!
