Let's see your phone mounts

Trying to figure out the best way to mount my iPhone, just curious what others have done.

I have Car Play too, unfortunately the Amazon Music app takes forever to populate my music on the head unit so I still have to use my phone to play it.

I actually just ordered something very similar to that. Any issues with the phone falling off after bumps, sharp turns, etc?

I have had none with mine. Sometimes I will not get the magnet lined up and it will twist a bit. But re-adjust it and it is fine.

Well I ended up getting this one for $7 on amazon. It worked amazing... however the metal piece I attached to the back of my phone was preventing me from being able to charge it wirelessly on my dock at home so I had to move it down to the bottom of the phone which now makes it top heavy when attached to the magnet on my vent. Ugh! It fell off the first couple times but I think I have figured out the proper location to attach it so it will stay put, so far so good for the last couple days.

Went with this guy. Didn’t need anything overly fancy that charged the phone considering I will be using Car Play. But also needed/wanted a convenient place to put my phone on longer commutes.

Proclip are the best, or at least the best for me. They are pricey but fir your car and do not block your air vents

The proclip site is easy. You punch In Your car and the 2018 Maxima is here
https://www.proclipusa.com/vehicle/d...an-maxima/2018
Then add your type and model of phone.
Downside is it's like $70 but I've used them in my last 3 cars
