Which O2 sensor is bank 2, sensor 2?
Bank 2 is the side by the radiator. Sensor 1 is right after the exhaust manifold, but where sensor 2 is depends on whether the car has California pollution controls or Federal pollution controls. You will have to tell us.
99 with Cali emissions has 4 O2 sensors.
The front bank 2 (radiator) has 1 in the actual exhaust manifold and 2 below the pre-cat. I forget whether if it's in the bottom of the pre-cat or in the Y-Pipe just below the pre-cat. But when you get under there, it will be obvious.
At this age, when one goes, the others are probably not far behind. as after so many years their values start to wander. I'd do all four (I did recently). With tighter control signals, your car usually runs better. These tell the ECU how to mix the gas and air for best results.
I used NTK O2 sensors. These are OEM without the Nissan price tag. I used Sparkautoparts on eBay for the best delivered prices. Somewhere a little over $100 for all four delivered.
Good luck!
