Is Tokico lifetime warrantied?

My Tokicos are wearing down. Can I simply goto
any authorized local Tokico dealer and get them replaced
for free execpt for labor? Or I need to ship them
back to wherever I'd bought them from?

The warranty process makes it hardly worth it to have the warranty. You need to remove the defective strut, send it into Tokico, and have them determine if it is defective or not. If it is, they will send you a new strut. Meanwhile, you have a strutless car.
