2011 Maxima not turning on Battery Dead? Theft immobilizer?

Hello everyone today I was working on my 2011 maxima and I replaced some door lights on the front driver/passenger doors. I had them open for about 10-15 minutes, after I was done I went to test my head lights and fog lights and noticed a beeping noise after a whole. I went to turn off the head lights and they didn’t turn off but after some time they did, I tired to start the car and it was just cycling through lock and ACC when it hit on I would hear a click and it would switch back to lock. They key fob works and the doors were locking and unlocking but after a while it started to donut slowly and I had to unlock and lock the door manually. eventually it seemed like the power was being drained from the battery as the interior lights were dim and the horn wouldn’t work. When I turned on the lights they would flicker and I would hear a clicking sound in the front of the left side of the dash/hood. Could this be a faulty battery or something more sinister at play?

Charge up your battery to full charge off the car, reinstall then report back.
