What's the best setup for BC Racing coilovers?

I'm looking to replace my old stock setup since my suspension is finally starting to gave way. I'm also replacing all for suspension parts and axles, sway bars, ect. (Car is getting overhauled the next couple of years). What is the best spring rate to go with? Are the rear extenders highly needed? Also is it better to go BR or DS, I'm not tracking the car but I do want a little stiffer feel then stock. Thanks for the advice in advance.

From past experience with one of my other cars, go with BR series with “Swift springs” option. Better ride on the swift sprongs. For my max I did RS-R. Wayyyy better ride than the BC coilovers. Handles like a dream too. Also have the stillen anti sway bar on the rear.
