I have a 2014 maxima the radio restart very frequently by itself. More times than less the screen is on but nothing is displayed. (like removing a DVD of the player.) None off the buttons will work at this point. The ac will automatically come on but I can't control it. It seems if I hit a bump it restarts the radio like a ground is loose some where but I have no clue. Any one else with this particular issue that can help me out would be a blessing from above.thank you.

 

Other than pulling the radio and looking for loose wires, I would read this thread and try what is being suggested.
