Best way to do it is disconnect the return line from reservoir and attach a 5/8 inch hose. I used a clear one so I could see when all the old fluid was flushed out. Helps to have a friend to pour it in don't wanna get air in the lines. Also turn the wheel lock to lock slowly 10-20 times with engine off.

Engine off just fills the rack, which is already full. He needs engine on. Lock-to-lock until res low, fill res, lock-to-lock til low, refill, etc.. Repeat til you're happy with the color of fluid, button it up and crack a cold one.

I replaced it on my high pressure hose and now like the side that connects to the rack opinion it leaks. When I start the car it pours straight out and Reservoir will be empty I did it like six times and change it two different hoses I still get the same thing i’m pretty sure I’m putting it in right and tight enough because it’s so tight and I’ve been doing it so many times I have been stripping the bolt!
can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong or did I miss something before connecting it all the metal washes on both sides of the holes so I don’t know. I really need help because it’s really frustrating me and I’ve been working on this for like a week now any advice?
