Help! Trying to diagnose this noise

Hey guys, have a ‘14 Maxima. Car has started making a whirring noise at the passenger side, sounds like it’s coming around the pulleys. Just had the trans serviced and belt replaced today to rule those out. So basically, it doesn’t make the noise while driving, it doesn’t get louder or softer, the noise doesn’t change when you turn the wheel, and it only does it at idle. I had my wife rev the engine while in park. It makes the noise, and when I have her shift gears, it goes away, until I have her put it back in park and rev it, then it settles back out and goes away again, until you rev it. Any suggestions?
