Its my stupid mistake but maybe its not the worst case. Scenario. So agter driving around in my 2000 maxima about hakf an hour i opened the hood moticed my engine hotter than normal and withou thinkin it through i jadded coolant⁵⅘ by lifting the reservour allowing coolantvto flow into my very hot engine. The motor bogged for s a couple minutes before i turned it off and it wont start since. Can you tell me how bad it is and what ill need to do to fix it? Thank you for everything i do the work myself and im pretty good but this is new and id like to just fix what needs fixing and motor on.

 

Added coolant into your engine or onto the engine?
If into the engine it is a big problem onto the engine should be no big deal.
