Rpm moving on it's own after driving car for a while

I have a 2014 nissan. I noticed after driving my car for about ok another 45 min. The rpm starting going up and down. What you guys think?

How far going up and down? Two or Three Thousand RPMs or Two or Three Hundred? I had mine moving from 0 to 7k and bouncing all around when my first alternator was going. south.

If it bothers you, replace the CVT. That will solve your problem.

Wind hills and other resistance can cause the continuously variable transmission to do just that. Put it in manual mode and row your own gears if it continues you know
what to do.

Hmm the bad part about it. Is that I just replaced it last July. (Remanufactured one) the warranty has expired. 12k Or 12 month. I can't afford to buy another trans the cvt is also running hot. That is when it starts. I have the cvtz50 app to monitor the temp. At around 193 degree F. Rpm start jumping. I got the fluid changed. Still no difference. So frustrating

Install a CVT cooler, then sell or trade the car.
