Hi:

Can some one please tell me the exact difference, I'd also appreciate some pics if that would be possible.

Thanks!

Front or rear? A search or even some websurfing should show you the differences rather easily/quickly. But if you still want some pictures, e-mail me.

the front is obvious

rear the 97/99 bumpers i believe are about 2" longer then the 95/96 wich is more rounded and IMHO looks better

side skirts fit ALL 95-99 max's the same!

How about this picture?

The 97 bumpers are much stronger then the 95-96's are.

Sorry guys I was asking about the rear bumpers.

Wow I'm glad I've got a 98, thanks for the pics.

ny96max: So 97 bumpers are longer?

Thanks!

I beleive he was talking about the external, visual bumper cover, not the bumper itself. The '97/'99 bumper cover is no stronger than '95/'96.

I have both front and rear bumpers for '96 and '97+, so let me know if you need any dimensions or specific detail questions, etc.

the 95/96 maxima's rear bumper is more rounded out and does not stick out as much as the late 4th gens
