Hello, I have 2009 Nissan maxima, when I start the car and the engine is cold, it idles fine and doesn't present any problems. However it has started stalling on me after running for 30 minutes or so when ever I come to a stop sign or red light. If I hold the accelerator to keep the rpm at 1000 it runs smooth and doesn't any issues nor does it have any issues while driving. Only when at a stop. Was thinking this could be the MAF Sensor but would like a second opinion.

 

Is the Check Engine light on, have you scanned for codes?

 

How many miles? Could be a clogged exhaust, weak plug/coil, vaccum leak or even just needs an idle relearn. Does it matter if the ac is on?
