Noticed a few days ago when trying to change the preset channel using the steering wheel control, it would do 3 then come back. When going backwards, would toggle between last and first. Using the steering wheel button for other tasks or FM, USB etc all good. Also using the touch screen works fine.

After trying to reboot the radio (turning off audio then while pressing the menu button and rotating the volume button) did not fix it, nor did refreshing the signal via the Sirius website.

tried one last thing that fixed the issue 😀😀😀:

Reprogram each preset again. Sometimes the easiest solution is the right one lol.

Hopefully it was an anomaly and not the start of a bigger issue...
