Guys please help is there anyway to add the android auto on my maxima 2016 by SD card

 

You've got 3 options and can find posts about them all in here:

1. Head unit swap - purchase and put in the head unit from a model that supports AA
2. Head unit flash - find the website that offers a head unit flash
3. Android Auto over Carplay - products like AAWireless(can buy on Amazon) that offer the ability to run AA wirelessly are also starting to offer the ability to leverage Carplay on a head unit to push Android Auto over it without having to make any changes to the head unit

I'm only familiar with #3 and have successfully pushed Android Auto via Carplay on a 2019. While my head unit supports Android Auto for my own curiosity I tested it out and my display has Android Auto come through it but the head unit shows the Carplay icon indicating it is running Carplay but displaying the Android Auto my phone is sending. Presumably it should work on the 2016 as well and is a cheap and easy option if you can buy through Amazon since you can return it if it doesn't work.

 

I bought and tried #3 and it does not work on my 2017 so I doubt it works on the 2016. AA wireless customer support could not help me either.
