Any way to wire up an additional hazard light?

2012 Max here, recently got a Q50 diffuser that fits pretty good on the car, may have to do some slight modification to get it perfect.

The diffuser has a 3rd brake light. It comes with a strobing function that will make the light strobe on and off when you press the brakes. I think this would look cool on a track or on the highway, not so much sitting in traffic and getting groceries.

I do want to make use of the strobe feature, so I was wondering if anyone knows if there would be a way to hook up another light as a hazard light that isn’t an indicator? The diffuser light comes with 3 wires, red to power, black to ground, and yellow for strobe (usually would go to a brake wire). There’s no hazard wire going to the tail light indicators, so I’m assuming there’s a relay somewhere?

Also, unrelated but…does anyone know if there is a relay for the front indicators that gives it the ability to double as a parking light? I have switchback turn signals in the front that are white when it’s a parking light and switch to amber when the indicator/hazards are activated. For some reason, the pair I had worked as a parking light but not an indicator. I changed them, but the new ones now work as an indicator but not a parking light. So the car must be getting confused somewhere…relay or BCM issue? It does the same with the stock bulbs.
