What I want to do is take the standard corner light rewire (so the yellow light in the corner lamps blink with the blinkers) and make it so the blinker and yellow corner light alternate when they blink. Kind of like an Integra's blinker, how they alternate from front light to side light when blinking. How would I go about doing that? I have a grasp on electronics but not a firm one Do I need some sort of timed relay or something?

no relay

all you do is splice into one wire, disconnet a wire, and then run a new one form onne wire to another...haha, i know I am so helpful, somebody will give you the link no how to do it in a few minutes, I lost it. I think it's on Craig's website, if you have that.

I've seen those directions for the rewire. If I remember correctly, it just sends power to the regular blinker and the yellow corner light, to make both blink at the same time. What I want to do is make them blink alternately. Like (blinker on/corner off) then (blinker off/corner on) and repeat. Get it? So there is always a light on, it just jumps from one to the other

Alternates only when parking/headlights are on!!

When no lights are on, they both blink at the same time. When I turn on either parking or headlights, they blink alternately.

Is this normal or did I mess up?

oh well, gives it a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde look. Nice and suave during the day, but by night, ready for some action! Or something
