WTF, I just ran out to my car and my 02 6 speed does not have that connector.

Looks like the electronic motor mount connector, if someone else disconnected it maybe they replaced the mount with a non electric one.

I know, can't seem to find a replacement. i ordered one and it was too small. still looking
