I had it. I liked the look at first (before it became popular and everyone started buying dual DTM style mufflers). Now it's just played out. The sound is LOUD!! Since the DTM muffler angles upward towards your ear, it is much louder than normal style straight-through mufflers. I had a Tsudo dual DTM muffler. It was loud! Sounded like a beefed up V6 or a weak V8. Very deep and throaty sound.

i love the sound of my dual DTM ... it is loud but sounds good at about 2600 RPM it does not have the sound, im sure thats the way it is with all mufflers.. unless you take out your rezanator

The sound level at different RPM depends on several things such as type of exhaust, stock cat-back piping, 2.5" or 2.25" cat-back piping, mandrel bent aftermarket cat-back piping, non-mandrel bent cat-back piping, aftermarket Y-pipe, stock Y-pipe, resonators, removed resonators... it all depends on those things that makes the exhaust sound different at different RPM.

I like the sound of my GReddy. Nevin, dude I thought that pic you posted of the muffler was my car at first!! LOL I used to have a muffler just like that, and yeah it was pretty loud, droned alot, etc.

Maxima90SE, you cant really listen to universal mufflers over the web. Cut your muffler off and listen to that, any universal straight through muffler is gonna sound similar to that. You can get Arospeed mufflers for around $100...

LOL.. I never knew you had a muffler like that before? I'll let you claim that pic as your own max if you want

Also, I have sound clips of my max with the DTM Tsudo muffler if anyone cares to listen to them.

At that time when I made the sound clips, I had custom 2.5" cat-back piping, removed exhaust resonators, and DTM Tsudo muffler.

I love my DTM exhaust I just hate cleaning my bumper every other day because of the exhaust gases. and plus it sounds like a 300ZX
