It is slow slow it is not even worth turning it on. Is this normal? Do I have a connection loose?

Are you trying to clear up the fog on the inside, or snow and ice on the outside?

You fog up the windows quicker if you have the a/c, blower or heater on recirculate mode, coz moisture builds up in the car and settles on the glass. Just my 0.02

Both, the inside and the outside barely work. more concerned about the outside though with the ice and snow.

I have a 96 GLE and mine is fairly quick. Takes a little over a minute with ice on the window before I can see outside. It does take 4 or 5 minutes before it is totally clear (no lines). For what it's worth, my 95 SE's defroster barely worked.

I think they didn't design the defogger to melt the ice and snow on the outside. I bet if you cleaned up the snow & ice on the outside, the fog on the inside will clear up alot quicker.

I'm not gonna bring the Physics books out ....

It's called a defogger, not a snow&icemelter ... time to get the ice scraper out

Also if you have tints the rear defogger works a little slower. Mine works fine though, even with a little snow/ice outside, it melts it eventually (at a decent speed). If it's really working THAT slow then you might wanna get it checked out.

the point is that i don't want to do it. That is the purpose of the defogger. Get the scraper out, well no **** huh. It was 2 degrees this morning and I would like to spend as little time as possible outside.

Yeah, I think they look fantastic on your max. I have the painted calipers also which makes it look that much better. I just can't seem to find a good price on them. The best I could find was 850? I was looking at the belajio's which is just a different manufacturer for the same wheel design. 399$ 17x7.5's though. Craig, got any suggestions? where i might be able to find a set.
