Intake ---- 5 real horsepower
UDP ---- 0 real horsepower, frees up maybe 2-3
Catback---- 3-5 real horsepower
SC ---- 80 real horsepower
stickers--- 12-18 horsepower

this is what i have gathered from my years at the ORG correct me if i am wrong, and add to my list.

 

Well, your "real" horsepower term might be off, because an intake and a y-pipe is just freeing up horse power that is already there (It is already there, just being lowered by the restrictions in piping ect.) just like you had mentioned on the UDP. The only think I see that would truly add real horsepower would be the SC. But I say your numbers are fairly close.

 

that a UDP wont show up on DYNO? but good comparison to the exhaust stuff, never really thought of it like that, but is that accurate?

 

If your are freeing up horsepower that can now be used to make the wheels go faster, then yes, any gain (freed up hoursepower) a UDP gives would be seen on a dyno. But if it is just 3-5hp, then we may never really know due to margin of error on any two runs.

The sticky sounds like a good idea, but the problem would be that combinations of mods give different amounts of power. Personally I'd rather see a list of ALL mods with the cheapest price listed.

don't the combination of mods create a little more power? like an intake alone isn't that great, but add in a catback or even just a cat and the gains are improved over just the intake or catback?

 

Maybe add things like CAI, Pop charger etc.

Depends on how you haev it setup really... I mean the more mods you have it configured for the more potential HP you can get on the one below
