Anyone ever try to repair factory Alarm?

Mine finally started screwing up. The starter kill enabled itself and after follwing the flow chart in the manuel it indicates the unit itself is causing the trouble. I opened it up and did some tests, Its probably one of the transistors. If I cannot locate the bad one I could replace all of them. Shouldn't cost more than $15(probably less). I like the factory alarm, now that I put in Hella supertone horns (they sound F'ing awesome), It also has an aftermarket alarm on it, (and The Club). My neighborhood sucks, over the years its turned into a GHETTO..lol

if you can't fixit, let me know and I'll pull the one out of my GXE parts car for you....
but make sure they're the same first before I go through the mess.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. It won't be all that difficult to replace all the transistors (there are about 6).

Although there is a large IC on the board and if thats shot I'll pick up yours.
More often than not, the transistors are what goes bad.
