Canadian invoice price for SE

Can anyone know the invoice prices for SE (6 speed, leather) & (6 speed , no leather) here in Canada

The invoice price for the SE w/Leather package is $33,300. Just picked one up on Sat for $34,100 w/o the HLSD. Glacier Pearl. Pick it up tomorrow.

Did you have to haggle with the dealer much to get that price?

Did the price include "shipping/preparation" charges (usually $900)??
