My odometer went out... Please help>>>>

Ok,,,
I just started my car and I looked on the dash and notice that my odometer for my miles on my car was blank (dead/notting there) so I dunno what the miles are on my car.

-Now could it be becasue the odometer cable to the transmission came loose?
-Is there a way to see how I can get it back to work??

Well, if you have a 95-96, you have nothing to worry about lol. But if I am correct, doesn't the ecu on a 97-99 do the remembering of miles instead of the actual gauge cluster?

My 1997 Max has an analog odometer.

I think it's only the 1998-99 models that have digital.

The first thing I would do is take off the cluster and clean all contact points around your odometer. This that does not work you need to make sure you speed sensor is working properly. After that you could contact a local junk yard and see if you could buy a instrument cluster from them or go the the dealer as a last resort.
