I've been considering ordering the 20th anniv. (chrome) door sills from Courtesyparts.com for my 2k2 Max. (about $70 for all 4) They look very sharp. They just say "Maxima" on it, so it seems very subtle and nice. The AE model had so many nice goodies to it! Does anyone know if the install would just be as easy as popping the "old" plain gray door sill off and putting the new one on -or- is it a little more involved than that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea man they are easy
they pull right off and pop right back on.

Make sure you get the right sides.
Cause when i got mine for my old max they gave me 2 driver sides.
Make sure they give you the same color as your interior as well.

you should get them from custommaxima.com they are $60 plus about $9 shipping. I got mine 2 weeks back and they are awesome

If you want to save a few $$ get it from DaveB from Town North Nissan. 800-251-7278. I gots mines from him for I think $56 shipped.. It's one of the easiest mods to do
