Why do you think your springs are bad? They usually tend to even outlast the life of the car... It's usually the struts/shocks that go bad first..

Coil springs, which is what the suspensions is in our cars don't go bad.

Leaf springs, like in the rear end of the old Dodge Dart and other older American cars would tend to sag. Shops could usually bend them back and put them in service for a few more years.
