RSTB for 5th Max Opinions

What is everyones opinion of a RSTB for a 5th gen Max?

Any feedback from existing RSTB owners would be cool too?

I like them, i have addco(custommax) i first I had problems with it, but after that was solved, I really enjoyed the feel.
Well I just sold it(because i thought it was making squeaking noises) turns out the squeaks are still there, now I wish I wouldn't of sold it

He was refering to the rstb.. not rsb..

Anyhow, I've heard from previous owners that it's mostly looks rather than performance.. So far, the guys that I knew who had it, got rid of it..

With its beam rear axle the rear wheel camber of a 5th gen Max is not sensitive to lateral motion at the tops of the rear struts, so the main reason for using a RSTB (rear wheel camber control) is irrelevant. Theoretically you do gain a very small amount of overall chassis stiffness, maybe even enough to measure in a carefully instrumented test. I doubt that you would ever feel the difference.

IOW, it's not a cost-effective performance mod (for whatever the cost there's virtually zero performance benefit).

But it does make a handy bar to tie loose cargo or removable subs to (I've seen this done).

It'll make a difference if you drive REALLY hard... otherwise, save your money.

Your squeaks might be because of your lowering springs. Take a look at this link:
