Are 95 & 00 fedspec Catalytic Converters the same?

Just wanna be sure that the bolt patterns and length and everything is the same before i drive 3 hrs to pick up a 95 cat for my 2000...

They are both fedspec (have 1 O2 sensor bung)...
But is everything else the same?

Thanks in advance...
Adam

95-96 Cats have a hole for the rear O2 sensor. You better check to make sure the 2000 is that way. I know for sure the 1997-99 are NOT. Don't know anything about the bolts...
