How long to I have to wait before I can wax my car?

I was curious on how long I have to wait before I can wax my car? I got it back from being repaired in an accident in January. It is not March and I am really looking forward to getting down and diry on my whip.

Also, what wax should I use? I got the whole fron repainted, hood, front drivers side and passenger side panels painted, including front bumper.

Not sure why you'd have to wait to wax it. Your car was waxed when it was at the dealership and that was with even fresher paint then what you're dealing with.

I use liquid carnuba wax - Mother's is good.

If you get any part repainted you should wait about a month before you wax it. Ive seen body shops wax right away and nothing happens.

I got a pamphlet with my Dupont touchups and they said 90 days to let the paint fully cure.

3months at least before you wax paint needs time to cure fully. You can polish though I suggest a Meguiars #07 Show Car Glaze its a polish and will give a good shine. Just do that until 3 full months have passed.
