look how careful you have to be when insuring your Max

Here in Philly the tv and radio ads, as well as billboards are relentless. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, they want us to stop it and turn people in. So I couldn't resist checking out some of the links. NJ says if you don't live there, don't try to register your car there. Yeah but aren't they the highest in the nation? Maybe some shysters in Phila. though register their cars in the NJ burbs which may be cheaper. Look under insurance applications:

The argument that always made sense to me is how much do you save by being fraudulent when your claim is denied? People in NYC seem to do it all the time. But the lack of an emissions sticker gives it all away....
